Reminder Systems

We have established computerised reminder systems for various conditions i.e. diabetes. There are also Health Authority run reminder systems for Pap smears and childhood immunisation. We complement these by recalling children who have missed immunisations and women with recently abnormal smears. We have also introduced a developmental check with the 12-month immunisation, letters regarding this are sent out the month before it is due. We can tailor reminders for individuals if requested, please ask you doctor if you require this service.

The National Home Doctor Service on 13 74 25. They are available weeknights 7pm-6am, weekends from noon Saturday to 6.00am Monday and Public holidays from 7am-6am the following morning.
