You told us we need to improve on the waiting times in the practice, information on our after hours service and information on our fees.

Our receptionist will try to contact you if there are significant delays, and always feel free to phone us close to your appointment time to see how your doctor is running for time.  Our doctors devote as much time as a patient requires to effectively meet their needs. This means that delays will unavoidably occur on occasions, as our priority is quality of care.

You can help to minimise delays by requesting a “double” appointment if you have multiple or complex problems, or require a preventative health check-up. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer it to someone else.

In order to help achieve the communication to you on the information of the after hours services and fees we have updated our practice information sheet, updated our website and put posters in our waiting rooms. We have the after hours service sign posted on the front and back doors for your reference. We have also included this on our message when you phone the practice.  Finally we have placed A3 posters in our waiting room for our fee schedule.

We have started to send our practice information brochure to all new patients for their future reference.
