Reminder Systems

We have established computerised reminder systems for various conditions i.e. diabetes.

Telephone Calls

The doctors do not take phone calls during consultations unless it is an urgent matter.

We also offer a wide range of services for your preventative health. These include:

  • Vaccinations, including travel and Yellow Fever
  • Care Plans for chronic diseases, diabetes management advice
  • Health Assessments
  • Skin cancer checks and excisions
  • Baby health checks including feeding and sleep advice
  • Spirometry
  • ECG
  • Wound Care.

This is an excellent practice. Patients are respected and given sufficient time to fully discuss issues with their doctor. All administrative staff are very helpful and friendly, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

After Hours

For after hours home visits, please contact:

The National Home Doctor Service on 13 74 25. They are available weeknights 7pm-6am, weekends from noon Saturday to 6.00am Monday and Public holidays from 7am-6am the following morning.

Appointments, requests for scripts and referrals, and medical advice cannot be provided via email. Please call the surgery (9527 4100) to make an appointment or REQUEST A CALL BACK.
