Burraneer Family Practice aims to deliver traditional, high quality medical care for all age groups. Health promotion and preventative medicine are emphasised. Help families of our practice with young children, primarily from newborn to 2 years.

A referral letter is required prior to specialist consultations.

Reminder Systems

We have established computerised reminder systems for various conditions i.e. diabetes.

Telephone Calls

The doctors do not take phone calls during consultations unless it is an urgent matter.

We also offer a wide range of services for your preventative health. These include:

  • Vaccinations, including travel and Yellow Fever
  • Care Plans for chronic diseases, diabetes management advice
  • Health Assessments
  • Skin cancer checks and excisions
  • Baby health checks including feeding and sleep advice

This is an excellent practice. Patients are respected and given sufficient time to fully discuss issues with their doctor. All administrative staff are very helpful and friendly, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
