Corona Virus (COVID-19) Alert

Due to the recent Sydney COVID outbreak, we have temporarily deactivated our Online Bookings system. To book an appointment, please call our practice and speak to one of our friendly staff who will best assist you.


Dear Patients

Phone consultations are available for patients who cannot attend the surgery if they are unwell with respiratory symptoms or fever, have possibly been exposed to COVID or may be at increased risk if exposed. Otherwise we are offering face to face appointments with infection control procedures in place at the surgery.

We will endeavour to meet your usual needs through the telephone consultations, this includes providing prescriptions, referrals and managing your chronic conditions, as well as acute problems. If the doctor then decides it is advisable to see you in person this will be arranged in a timely manner.

Please rest assured that if you are unwell and need to be seen in person we will make this happen in the safest possible way.

We are aiming to keep all our staff in full employment, please do not think that you are bothering us by making contact, it is most welcome. Our usual work needs to continue.

    • Shortness of breath
    • Cough
    • Cold
    • Sore throat
    • Fever
    • Runny nose
  • Visited a hot spot or been in contact with someone who has
  • Been in contact with a positive case of COVID 19
  • Have been told to isolate
  • Are awaiting COVID results
