Annual Health Assessments for over 75 year patients

Our Practice Nurse, Julie Grant is now attending to the Annual Health Assessments for all patients over 75 years of age. These assessments are usually best done in the home. Once completed, you will be required to attend the surgery for an appointment with your usual GP to finalise and discuss the assessment.

If you would prefer, the assessment could be completed in the surgery, upon request.

If you are 75 years or older and have not been contacted yet, please enquire at reception.

INR Management Service

Our practice is now offering an added service of INR management for your convenience. If you require your INR to be checked, our nurses can do this for you, by an appointment only system. Your doctor will advise you of your warfarin doses at the time of the appointment. All other pathology tests will still need to be done at your usual pathology centre.
