At Burraneer Family Practice we carried out a patient survey (the Practice Accreditation and Improvement Survey) and asked for your honest opinions on the service we provide. We listened to your concerns and have taken the following actions in order to make improvements to patient care where you feel it would be most useful:

-Staff/patient to call to see doctor is running.

Increased size of poster in waiting rooms + provided brochures for patients.

3. Obtaining a home visit

4. Seeing doctors of choice

Reviewed + increased ‘Till Day’ appointments changed standard appointment to 1 issue only.
